Built entire support operation from zero. Multi-channel coverage across Discord, Telegram, and Zendesk.
Built tools like AttestAI — used by developers as learning resources and by marketing teams for product demos.
Built Gemini → Zapier → Notion automation for tracking leads and partner outreach. Custom team views for different workflows.
Ran pre-launch bug bounty program. Coordinated 1,000+ submissions, caught high-impact UX bugs before launch. All funds safe, launched on time.
I built and ran Replay Games in upstate New York for 9 years. Started with one location, expanded to three, and managed a team of 30. I learned how to solve problems on the fly, build systems that worked, and keep things running without a playbook.
In 2020 I joined Secret Network and built their support operation from scratch. Discord, Telegram, Zendesk — whatever was needed. Grew a 35k-member community. Now I lead product relations and developer experience, reporting to the CEO.
