I built the entire support operation from zero with multi-channel coverage across Discord, Telegram, and Zendesk.
I built tools like AttestAI — used by developers as learning resources and by marketing teams for product demos.
I built a Gemini → Zapier → Notion automation for tracking leads and partner outreach, with custom team views for different workflows.
I ran a pre-launch bug bounty program. I coordinated 1,000+ submissions and caught high-impact UX bugs before launch. All funds were safe and we launched on time.
I built and ran Replay Games in upstate New York for 9 years. I started with one location, expanded to three, and managed a team of 30. I learned how to solve problems on the fly, build systems that worked, and keep things running without a playbook.
In 2020 I joined Secret Network and built their support operation from scratch — Discord, Telegram, Zendesk, whatever was needed. I helped grow the community and now lead product relations and developer experience, reporting to the CEO.
